‘Time-traveller’ says computers manipulate time in 2300

A man who claims to be a time-traveller from 2300 says that in the future computers rule the world and manipulate time. Gerald Gardner says that he travelled to the future in a “top-secret journey” and discovered that “cities were governed by computers”. He adds that the computers “could manipulate time”.
