The Welsh town of Port Talbot is marked as a lay-by “on some weird alien map”, according to the actor Michael Sheen, who grew up there. He says that a former neighbour insists she saw a flying saucer while she was making coffee. She is “a very respectable lady and wouldn't make up stories,” he added.
Heart disease symptoms found in ancient mummies
Experts say they have detected symptoms of heart disease in mummies from 4,000 years ago. The scientists said the wrapped corpses, from South America and Egypt, had indications of atherosclerosis – the condition when plaque collects on artery walls, restricting the flow of blood.
Danish teen beats her own tea-bag record
A teenage girl in Denmark is a Guinness World Record holder after collecting 1,237 tea bag covers - the paper wrappers around individually packaged tea bags. Freja Louise Kristiansen, 16, originally captured the record in June 2018, when she amassed 1,023 covers. The organisation has confirmed that the teen, who was inspired by her grandmother, broke her own record this month.
