A bakery in Helsinki has lauched a cake that looks like a roll of toilet paper. As consumers began to hoard toilet roll during the coronavirus pandemic, the bakery team came up with the idea of a toilet roll cake made of oat batter, passion fruit mousse and covered with white fondant. As the product became a social media hit, the bakery received hundreds of orders.
Sexagenarian accidentally ejects himself from jet
A man accidentally ejected himself from a fighter jet during an outing in the plane. An investigation heard that the 64-year-old civilian panicked when the sheer force of take-off made him “float” out off his seat, causing him to stand up and inadvertently grab the ejection handle in a bid to steady himself. His parachute deployed and he had a soft landing.
Woman gives birth to twins weeks after previous birth
A woman has given birth to a set of twins, just 26 days after her first child was born. Arifa Sultana, 20, reportedly has two wombs and had the two pregnancies concurrently. She gave birth to her first child, a son, in February, and then returned to hospital four weeks later complaining of abdominal pain, when it was discovered she was expecting two more babies.
