Police say ‘aggressive chicken’ is ‘terrorising bank customers’

A US police department is warning the public to beware of an “aggressive chicken” that has been “terrorising bank customers” at a drive-through ATM in a Louisiana city. The Walker Police Department’s Facebook post said the chicken, which has chased customers and tried to get into their cars, has “failed to engage in proper social distancing”.

Man discovers 120-year-old tunnel under his home

A man in Devon has unearthed a 120-year-old tunnel underneath his house while doing some DIY during lockdown. Jake Brown made the discovery after noticing variations in texture in a wall at his newly bought property, in Plymouth. Inside the cavern he found a hidden time capsule of items including paint cans, an old newspaper and bottles dating from the early 1900s.

Five-year-old boy pulled over while driving mum's car 

A five-year-old boy told police he was on the way to California to buy a Lamborghini, after being pulled over while driving his mum’s car in Utah. The officer who made the stop said: “It was pretty clear when the window came down that it was a young, very underage driver.” The boy explained that he had taken the family SUV after his mother refused to buy him the Italian supercar.
