A new study claims that many men refuse to recycle because they worry that it makes them look feminine or gay. The US research found that men eschew recycling and turning on their air conditioner to avoid looking womanly, and are also afraid of any woman who exhibits behaviours they consider to be manly.

Chloe Jones, 23, says she was crying tears of laughter when her dogs started chasing her vibrator around the room. “If people want to pay £40 for a dog toy they should, because they would love it,” she says.
Isaac Newton said toad vomit could fight plague
Isaac Newton suggested battling the plague by blending powdered toad with toad vomit to form “lozenges,” it has been revealed. In previously unpublished notes, the polymath wrote that the toad should be “suspended by the legs in a chimney for three days,” adding that “combining powdered toad with the excretions and serum made into lozenges and worn about the affected area drove away the contagion and drew out the poison”.
