The former head of Israel’s space programme claims aliens have agreed a deal with Donald Trump for him to not tweet about them while they carry out experiments on Earth. “They don’t want to start mass hysteria,” he said. Professor Eshed also claimed that the aliens have a secret base on Mars where they meet US astronauts.

Mother tattoos one twin to tell them apart

A woman who was struggling to tell her twins apart has had one tattooed. One of the sons was born with a condition that requires him to be injected once a week, so the mother decided to get him tattooed so she could make sure she injected the right baby. She took the step after her partner’s mother accidentally injected the wrong baby.

Hare returns to restaurant after ‘drunken mistake’

A stuffed hare has been returned to an Indiana restaurant after being stolen last week. Surveillance video spotted an unidentified customer at the 1933 Lounge picking up the stuffed hare, which is dressed in a fancy hat and carrying an old shotgun. After an online appeal for the hare’s return, someone dropped him off with a note apologising for the “drunken mistake”.
