Premier League transfer news: Hazard, Mbappe, Pogba, Sane, Felix, James

Eden Hazard’s move from Chelsea to Real Madrid takes a step closer

Premier League transfer news and rumours

Blues to sell Hazard

Chelsea “are prepared” to sell Eden Hazard to Real Madrid this summer over fears that if he leaves on a free transfer next year it would have “repercussions” because of Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules.

The Daily Mail reports that despite facing a transfer ban the Blues know a big-money sale of the Belgian “would ease FFP issues”.

Chelsea want a fee of £87m for the 28-year-old. He is out of contract next year and would be available for nothing at the end of his deal.

PSG: Mbappe will stay

Kylian Mbappe hinted this week that he could leave Paris Saint-Germain but the French champions say that the World Cup winner is going nowhere. PSG said in a statement: “Strong links have united PSG and Kylian Mbappe for two years and that same story will continue next season.” Mbappe said he was facing a “turning point” in his career and this has put Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester City on “red alert”.
