New York - Is the court action behind the renewed scandal over Prince Andrew’s association with the billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein a witch-hunt, or an attempt to hold the super-rich accountable?

Epstein, 61, is the secretive Wall Street titan who served a short 13-month jail sentence for procuring under-age girls for sex acts at his Palm Beach mansion, and remains on the national register of sex offenders for the rest of his life.
