Uncork your inner connoisseur with Elicite wine videos
A series of online tutorials will guide you through the world’s great winemaking regions
Budding oenophiles have a new resource to nurture their enjoyment and knowledge of fine wines: Elicite’s video tutorials, paired with a selection of premium bottles from the company’s cellars.
The videos are designed to appeal to a wide range of expertise, from the enthusiastic dabbler to established connoisseurs. For the former, a seven-part “Essentials” series explains how to read labels, how to store and serve fine wines and how to understand the appellation system.
Having mastered these principles, wine-lovers are encouraged to explore individual regions in more depth. Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne are first in line, each the subject of a series of five-minute films introducing the appellations and their notable sub-regions, as well as the grapes that flourish in each.

Detailed guided tasting tutorials are available to those who buy one of the half-cases that accompany the series, each one containing six bottles that exemplify the region’s wine-making heritage.
The videos are as approachable and characterful as the wines, with engaging hosts and plenty of substance. Filmed on location, they also offer an enticing glimpse of the cultures and landscapes from which the great wines have emerged.
